Primary Role:

Provides analysis and support for the overall management and development of Fidia Pharma USA Inc sales reporting tools and CRM tools. This includes, but is not limited to, daily and weekly auditing of sales data, working directly with Fidia internal staff, outside IT support organization, field sales, distributors and 3PL to identify and correct errors and data gaps. Identify opportunities for future sales reporting enhancements and implementation of reporting and CRM enhancements and development as determined by Fidia Management Team. Add efficiency and operational excellence having a positive impact on overall success of Fidia’s US business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily analysis of data received from 3PL Partner Portal to ensure report completeness and accuracy.
  • Weekly validation of 3PL data. Establish a working relationship with IT Partners to correct any data inaccuracies or missing data to ensure that Field and Office based reporting tools and dashboards are accurate and complete.
  • Liaison with the Fidia Field Sales and Field Management teams to identify missing or incorrect sales data. Determine root cause, correct, and communicate findings with the field. Ensure any inaccuracies are properly corrected and reflected in reporting tools.
  • Manage the Fidia Field Incentive Compensation Program, including preparation and audit of quarterly IC file, work with Finance team to ensure accurate payouts per terms of plan.
  • Liaison with the Fidia Field Sales and Field Management teams, as well as Finance and Commercial Operations on CRM projects, enhancements, etc.
  • Work with Fidia Finance, Operations and Sales to identify, develop, set up and maintain various dashboards and reports for market insights, sales performance, and product pricing analysis.
  • Develop, generate, and distribute regular reports on customer and sales performance, as well as other key metrics to Fidia stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify potential opportunities for customer segment targeting trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work collaboratively to identify areas for CRM improvement and CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Operate as key resource to provide training and support to Field Sales and Field Management on CRM tools, system and processes.
  • Develop and implement data governance protocols to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ad-hoc projects and requests as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent PC skills, specifically Advanced Microsoft Excel; Access a plus
  • CRM experience necessary, Veeva and SalesForce a plus
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via the telephone, in person and through written correspondence and email.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales reporting and analysis role, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with management and/or development of CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Initiative, adaptability and overall flexibility with change
  • Exceptional prioritization, multi-tasking, follow-up and time management skills
  • Ability work effectively in a fast paced, time-sensitive and high volume environment.
